Small Group Questions

The meeting last night generated some questions regarding the Small Group Sharing portion of the class. Each small group will be about 5 to 6 people and will probably be randomly generated. Of course there can be exceptions such as our high school students; they should be together if they choose.

I suspect that spouses will want to be together as well. But I would encourage everyone to "go with the flow" at first and give it a try if you are separated from your spouse. If after a few weeks you want to try another group, feel free. But after a month or so, I would encourage the groups to settle in and be fixed. This will allow everyone to get comfortable and get to know each other.

The small group "Leader" facilitates the small group and keeps the sharing flowing. This person is to make sure that everyone gets to share, especially the shy ones. The Leader is also given the "answers" at the beginning of class and reads them to the group after everyone has shared their responses to that individual question.
